Thanks...... its just basically pushing your body wayyyy past the limits then your used to... testing how mentally tough you really are... everyone can do , 10 reps sets, 15 rep set... hell, guys even say how tough true 20 reps squats are... they got nothing on this lol... im looking forward to the next few weeks of doing 20 reps squats... its gonna be a walk in the park ha ha!

Damn, I wouldn't have liked to be you when you woke up the following morning. That's a good way to get huge, by blocking out the pain, as pain is all in the mind. How were you in the morning by the way?

Thanks man... i dont know what the most ever would be but Sarge off of marunde-muscle.com got 98 reps with 218(which is what his body weight was) right now im a lean 205... so really in that video im overshooting my bodyweight by 20 pounds.. so i figure as soon as i can get around 70 with 225.. im gonna take a week off and shoot for 100 with my bodyweight.. well at least thats the plan lol

My squats climbing for sure.. i havent tried the max reps since this vid, your body takes such a beating but my squats are inceasing nicely.. ill try next week if im 110 percent mentally... i figure i could get 70ish with 225 right now.. still weighting around 210ish.. if i feel only 99 percent its a waste of time to go for it.. probably only get to 50 lol..

thats insane. i decided this past sunday to do high reps for quads that day. i did my body weight for 25 reps x3 thinking it wouldnt be so bad. around rep 18 i wondered what i got myself into.
but going until failure, im inspired.

Ya on that set i got that feeling around rep 40... just thinking to myself what the hell am i doing! lol... After you start doing this kinda of training 20 rep squats are nothing.. Try it, the pure exhaustion you feel afterwards is nuts.. nothing is better.. people dont realize how far you can push yourself in squats if youre mentally ready for it
