How do i build chest (FAST)
Basically im 17 been gym about 5-6 months now and i wanna start geting a big chest anyone help?!?!? (also tell me what i need to improve on)

First of all... don't bother about fast. it takes whatever time it takes. secondly you should be eating your ass off and as for exercises i'd recomend dips, DB flys and DB presses. I'm sure some of the guys that actually have a big chest will agree.

Yhyh i agree, Atm im finding it hard to eat alot for instance today all i've eaten is breakfest and 1 meal along with two bags of crisp im aiming to eat around 4-6 meals a day but i cant find a good diet but when i do eat alot i lose alot of weight when i play football i play around 4 times a week maybe 5 plus go to the gym 5 times a week so its pretty hard.

Yh i agree when i say fast i mean how to train better and harder so i see results faster if you get what i mean, thanks for reply's tho. Exercises i mean what workouts do you do E.g. DB press (incline) etc etc. could you give me some tips on what will help me improve my chest?

hit the inclines hard. find what works for you too. for me flys dont hit my chest like presses do etc

Yh nice one guys, ermm bench press i can do 80 like 3 reps maybe 4-5 on a good day, Not taken any supplements or anything either, just drinking water when training. Shall i do a weight i can do 10 reps on, on incline or go for a heavy weight and do 6 reps.?
