Yeah, I have a bone impingement, the bone actually grinds into my shoulder tendons. I'm suppose to have surgery on it, but I've been putting it off.

Well I haven't seen under 200 lbs since the 7th grade. But I'd say the last 20 years or so my weight has been consistant between 225 and 240. The only reason I'm a little heavier now is because I had knee surgeries to deal with and it affects my cardio and wieght training.
But I would like to be the lean 240 I was at 25 again.
