So to start off i am a hardgainer and i have always found it super hard to gain weight.. i started when i was 18 yrs old at 5 foot 9 and i weighed a whopping 119lbs naturally.. thats right 119 pounds so i started hitting the gym hard and after a year and a half (of hours upon hours in the gym and eating non stop) i reached 137lbs at about 11% bodyfat .. but then i stopped because i wanted to give my body some time to recuperate and have time off from all the supplements (protein, creatine and a little bit of of nitrogen) and that break which was originally planned to be 3 months turned into about 7 so now here i am and im on my second month back at the gym and hitting it hard.. i started at 134 so i made a goal of 145 by january and i am happy to say that i reached it today or well yesterday! my bodyfat is a littttttle bit higher than i want it to be (13% but i dont show it anywhere ) and i have not yet implemented annnnnny cardio into my routine yet ( I will be though in about 2 weeks) so thats not bad at all IMO and im ecstatic that i reached my 145 goal way ahead of time and it just feels good to know that im acutally growing

its been so hard for so many years... so now my ultimate goal is to reach 160(at no more than 13% body fat) by late january and then maybe cut?? : D
I know its a long post but maybe some fellow hardgainers will see this and or hopefully appreciate this and i just want to say that all these gains and changes are because im not only training harder but Smarter! so need less to say i just had to post because im super excited that i reached one of my goals already and in a weird way posting about it will help to keep me motivated
