I haven't stretched in ages, will start foam rolling post-workout though. I think stretching actually made things worse for me, my pec injury may have been caused by the fact that my shoulders are incredibly flexible, and I just got in a bad position for my pec benching one day.
we had pvc pipes in my old school.....would it be tough without foam?

I assume it'd be a lot more intense, but I've done something similar before with a steel rod and it works, just gotta go easier.
I'm still more flexible than I need to be, I used to stretch every day when I did bjj.
Do moar deadlifting!!! There was a point where all I did was rackpulls/deficits/legs every other day for a few months when I couldn't lift upperbody.
The reason foam rolling hurts and makes you 'tender' isn't because you are exhausting or working a muscle, it's from breaking down adhesions and scar tissue built up over time. You should basically roll until it feels less painful, no matter how long that takes.
As you continue foam rolling, your 'bad' spots will hurt noticeably less and you can continue as needed for maintenance of healthy tissue.

I was too lazy to load up a barbell and the hack squat machine already was loaded, I like them a lot, can focus on contracting my traps and not worry about grip.

Great workout, had to wait 20mins for the phags to quit circle jerkin on the benches but whatever. Been killin meh tris with the tate presses lately, feels good mane.
I actually think I'm stronger when I pause, unless I bounce press.

I do em in the smith machine, and the band crunches too. It's pretty much all the machine is good for. Been doing them to rehab my back.
