Wrapping the Elbows for Weight Training?
I have weak Tri-cep syndrome....not really but it seems that way. I am trying to do something about this and there are times where when I wrap them, I am able to lift a little more, then hoping I would build more muscle to overcome the weak tri's.
Is this bad? am I just making them weaker and should I omit ever wrapping the elbows?
