wrist curls, followed closely by dumbell side bends..........JK JK JK
it changes often, but as of yesterday it is deadlifts....I'm also really getting into different versions of plyometric pushups...

Power Cleans.
Just love the feeling of pulling a heavy-ass weight off the floor and exploding with it to catch it standing almost upright.
A crazy-heavy clean and jerk is probably the most satisfying lift when I'm lifting well though...
