Meat meat meat!
OK guys i need some help abotu the kinds of meat i should be eating,
most of us know that we should be eating chicken breast, tuna and red salmon,
which are very beneficial and nutritious but what about other meats?
pork, lamb, beef, seafoods such as crabs, prawns etc

I eat a lot of lamb and beef and salmon/trout. I try to keep it grass-fed if possible for the red meat.

not saying theyre best but i love flank steak for beef, tenderloin for pork, and shrimp! theyre all lean and pretty cost effective (especially cuz i like 31-40 shrimp which are probably the cheapest normally carried at costco or publix.

Beef (round cuts are the leanest)
most seafood
most any game meats (expensive though)
most pork isnt as good nutritionally (aminos) and have added sugar and sodium often

Though I have never had any I hear Tube Steak is pretty pro.
Just go to your local deli and ask the butcher to give you a pound of his finest Tube Steak.
Depending on where you live you might also be able to go to an import type store and if you do order the snake called "trouser". It's from Brazil.
Good luck!
*edit*
Try to avoid crabs, they can make you very uncomfortable.
