BB.com Login Help

For about three months now BB.com will not keep my longin info. I sent an e-mail to BB.com support twice but they keep saying it's my computer. This happens on my home computer and my work computer. My security setting are not what's causing this and all other sites still keep my logins. I searched and found another user who experienced this back in May but never got any input. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

What broswer you use?

whats your settings for cookies/logins etc.

im no expert but try dif browser see if it makes any dif

Mine does the same if I close out of Firefox/IE8 both. Sometimes it just loses it all together. It does it at home and work. Also, I've sent a PM to fitty about mobile browsers being screwed up when it used to work. Never got any type of reply.
