After 3 years
Well, after 2 years of building mass, I finally decided I want to focus more on powerlifting.
Anyways, I'm not sure what the subject of this thread is, I'm pretty high. I guess tell me what I need do do increase 1rep in max the big three. I already created my a couple of routines ****ed around with a few splits.

Eh well nvm. you might not even get into that because your really only wanna get your lifts a little stronger right? I don't think you actually want to do some serious powerlifting comps and such.

I'm not a pothead and I don't consider smoking a little pot a vice. It is fine in moderation =]

Really anything can be detrimental. And if your truly serious and commited about something, you'll take as few risks as possible that could get in your way.
