finally closing in on a 225 bench press
my bench has always been rather weak, but today i hit 200 for 5 reps (149 lbs bodyweight)
225 has been my goal for a while now, and i'm finally getting close to it!

i thought about trying today, but i still had the rest of my chest workout to get through and i was already feeling a little worn out after my 4 sets of bench

Damn, yeah you could more than likely get 225, try next chest day. I wish I could do 1.5x my bodyweight, I fail.

200x5 is a solid lift. I am pretty sure you could hit 225 for at least a single next week when you train chest again.

i want 225 really bad...175x5 my max is 195 right now
first time i squatted 225 i wanted 315, got it really fast, wanted 405..well its been that way for a while now. lol

damn bro you got it, 205 x 5 was my my max and today i got 225 then my friends told me to close my eyes and go and i put up 240 without knowing. felt good
