Is Crystal Light ok?
I know that diet soda is out, but can I drink crystal light or is that big no no?

I have Crystal Light in my cupboards. I can't always be perfect, and it's often difficult to get all that damned water in everyday. The Crystal Light helps get some of it down easier (love the pink grapefruit flavor).

I do Crystal Light daily. I aim to drink 990z of water a day - 3/4 of a gallon and I usually only do 1 or 2 crystal light packets a day. It depends on the day and what I'm doing.
I really like the Fruit Punch, and most of the green tea combinations. With the Fruit Punch flavor it's so strong, you may not even need a full packet for the amount you are consuming.

I HAVE heard that the artificial sweeteners make you CRAVE carbs more because your body isnt getting the calories it thinks its getting so it starts making you give it some. I notice my hunger spikes when I drink artificial sweeteners (makes me dizzy too!). But DAMNIT I LOVE DIET SODA!!!! AND CRYSTAL LIGHT!! evil things they are!
On the flip side of that diet soda tames my hunger temporarily..maybe the carbination and the body "thinking" its getting carbs.

I drink crystal lite with added fiber twice daily, each packet has 3g of fiber and helps get water in and curbs my craving for something sweet...

99 ounces = 99oz
I think I hit a zero instead of the letter "o"...but yes, that is correct. That's still less than a gallon, but I have a desk job and it's really frustrating to be constantly interrupted by bathroom breaks! :P

i drink a gallon a day and for the first 3 weeks i was in the bathroom all the time, but it stopped. my muscles are utilizing it.
