motivation for a non supplement user
So I don't take any supplements or anything for working out so I stick to being natural
my friends all take creatine, whey, etc. and have gained incredible gains
meanwhile i get gains every once in a while and plateu for a long time.
I just need some motivation to keep going on as it seems my gains are so small compared to others..

Give it up.........
LOL
I take it once a year in the spring.
I'm mostly natural but the food I eat isn't always...
I'll just say stop comparing natural gains with non natural gains. I don't know, either workout with suppplements or without. If you find yourself workingout without them and losing the motivation, maybe stop?
Or suprise your buddies and get that juice man! Lol j/k
Listen to some System of a Down and kill it!

I have done this before too, I would eat lots of chicken breast for protein. I made good gains because of my workout routine.
Workout each bodypart once a week, lifting really heavy.
At the moment im doing the same type of workout routine and making awesome gains.
back and bis on monday, chest and tris on wednesday, shoulders and legs on fridays.
I dont see anything unnatural about protein shakes,

And if you want, you can do those Mon,Tues & Wed, then repeat Thur,Fri,Sat when you want to workout those muscles twice a week. Great for getting rip, but what you're doing is great for mass.
