Did anyone actually read the study? It was just a questionnaire. While a lot of psych research is carried out this way it has some serious limitations. Mainly that the women who took part in this study are most likely to say they like either circumscised or uncircumsised more depending on what their current partner is like. These studies have been done before and thats what is always found.
As for sensitivity, studies have actually shown no difference in sensitivity.

It should be noted that there are many many benefits to circumcision including 60% lower chance of HIV when your partner has HIV, lessens urinary tract infections in infants, prevents and cures phimosis and lower incidence of penile cancer
