Hey Hola, you're not still in the Army are you? How would you recommend balancing a BBer style workout while still increasing strength/functionality and performance on PT tests?

Hey Hola, what kind of split do you suggest for a guy that can only workout 4-5 days a week? Something that is effective for mass.

Forget my post up there, do you do burn out sets for just compound movements?

Yeah, I'm still in. To balance the two I do 15-20 minutes of cardio before every workout, and 3-4 sets of high rep sit-ups 2-3 times a week.

4-5 times a week is enough for most people. At your age almost any routine will be effective for mass as long as you're eating enough.

Hey blake what are your view on this 12 days cycle? I swaped the shoulders and biceps days because I am not able to give my best with chest and shoulders together.
Training
1. Shoulders/Triceps
2. Hams/Calves/abs
3. Back/traps/rear delts
4. Off Day/low intensity cardio
5. Chest/Biceps/Forearms
6. Traps/Legs/Calves/abs
7. Shoulders/Triceps
8. Off Day/low intensity cardio
9. Back/traps/rear delts
10. Hamstrings/Calves/abs
11. Chest/Biceps/forearms
12. Off Day/low intensity cardio
Repeat
Also I got a question about the anabolic diet. I tried it for a month 6 months ago but didn't find the gains mind blowing. Currently I am on carb cycling diet but curious about your take take on the anabolic diet. Should I give in another go or stick to carb cycling?

Hola- I noticed that you stopped your Anabolic Diet log a while back. What were your final thoughts on this diet? Are you going to use again? Any feedback would be much appreciated!
