I'd taper it down just a little...

Maybe...60-100 min...again, the more depleted you are, the less vascular and full you'll look, and the more precise the carb up will need to be in order to fill you out.

Woot ! Looking awesome here. So ripped. Still lots of cardio. I was going to ask you what your macros and calories were. Def need to fill in at end of week. You'll be amazed at how the carb intake b4 comp will change your look. Are you doing a fat uptake too? Like cheese cake the night b4? I could never do it as my tummy would probably reject it after weeks of strict dieting. My special food for day of comp is PB sandwiches with honey and banana. Also, Snickers bars are awesome. Need lots of energy on day of comp. But just follow whatever Jaime recommends and also listen to your body. (TIP: bring a bar/snack with you backstage in case you have to wait a long time before being called out. I've been caught more than once waiting back stage too long with my snacks too far away in a change room. Not good.)

Thanks for the tips Anne Marie. Prior to this weekend my diet looked like this:

75g carbs, 210g pro, 32g fat - I was really dragging. It's amazing how good I feel today with some oats in me. We'll see how I look tomorrow. That will dictate how the rest of the week will go until I add in the carbs again on Friday.

It isn't a lot of fat. Unfortunately this was the only way for me to get lean. The original lean mass diet I was on had me taking in over 100g of fat....and the result....I got fat. Totally screwed me up. It took about a year of dieting to finally get to this point.

Friday will be really easy. You are gonna be extremely busy packing, posing, shaving, tanning, etc. Thursday you could do 20-30 minutes of cardio if you want, but I would just let the legs rest.

5 DAYS OUT!

I had a pretty successful carb-up this past weekend. I didn't push it too much so if I duplicate it this weekend I should be ok. Now it's time to scale back the carbs, start my depletion workouts and try not to psych myself out. It's down to the final week.....zoinks!
