mass workout

i've been working out for bout 7 months now and have seen some nice improvement.
but at the moment i'm really finding it hard to make gains anywhere.
i'm starting to get really really frustrated cause i'm not gaining much size at all and really want a solution. i've even lost a bit of weight (although it might be fat)
so if anyone can give me advice or can help put together a purely mass building workout it would be great and i really want the help

Look into P90X or BFS (Bigger, Faster, Stronger).

EDIT:

Supplement some Whey Protein post-workout and Casein pre-sleep...

Eat a lot, and Sleep a lot.

EAT MORE

lift around 8-12reps for each set (lift to failure)

use good form and slow tempo - 3seconds to slower the weight, 1 second pause, 1 second explode, repeat.

and make sure you EAT MORE

There are many different programs depending on your time scale and what type of training you like to do, OP your problem regardless of the training you do is you don't eat enough, far from it if your loosing weight at 145.

idk how much more i can eat though. i take a mass gainer after my workout in the morning which has nearly 800 cals. in the after noon i have a protein shake with 50 grams in it. i'm getting about 100 grams of protein from those 2 alone. i rarely feel hungry too

Good... Eat more FOOD too!

Milk is awesome, and with your weight and goals Whole or 2% would give a nice boost...plus casein and a little whey...
