If possible, do a little cardio to help alleviate DOMS. My legs are extremely sore today, but I did PWO cardio. Active recovery FTW!

I weighed in today, I am down another pound to 318.6.
The contest ends the Sunday before Xmas (Dec. 20, I think). My goal is to hit sub-300 and the new plan Jaime has me on is going to go for that. She is as determined as I am to hit that mark.
I have some errands to run today so I will be doing quite a bit of walking. Hope that will alleviate some of the DOMS
maybe your taskmaster trainer will let you swithch up the days on your routine
if not my other suggestion would be to do your regular workout for another few days then jump into the new routine. I don't think 1 day rest is adequate after that hard a leg beating.....but then again...what the hell do I konw

yeah THERE'S a surprise! LOL My abs are feeling it a little too but not as bad.

for the next few weeks it will be an upper/lower split so I could reverse them so I do upper first instead of lower...

I am going to go ahead and just do the lower body workout today though. For the next 4 weeks, I am going to follow orders to the T. If Jaime wants me to crawl to get my work in, I will crawl. I am not going to leave that gym until the sweat and the tears are pouring out of me. This is my time.
