I have seen people do cleans and atg squats , albeit a few.
the only thing i do thats unconventional is deadlifts.

Good Mornings, Cable Pull-Throughs, Krock Rows, Floor Press, Squats (to and below Parallel) Everyone else seems to do knee bends or 1/8 squats, Front Squats. I think thats about it.

Deadlifts, squats, t bar rows with a Barbell, bent over rows, power clean and jerks, step ups, close grip pulldown and stiff leg deadlifts, 21 curls and leaning side raises. I never see anybody doing them, I've noticed some people see me and then copy me.

Im also adding box squat because they are a totally different exercise (srs).
Im the only one doing them, everyone quarter smith squat 95lbs lol
30 min ago i had 225 in the cage and im at my 3rd set, this big dude come to me (he was in the gym before i even arrived) and say.
''What are you doing''
me: squats
''your doing legs?''
me: no i was gonna overhead press that suckaaaaa (didnt say that lol)
Seriously, do i look like i can OH press 225? no
So the big dude go away and they all watch me as i take off my shoes and do last set.
Theyre all like. Wtf is he doing.
