Within 6 months of starting, you'll see noticeable muscle growth, which you have. Although the pictures don't show a big difference between 144 lbs. and 155 lbs., you definitely show improvement from your first pictures. Plus, you can feel that your body has grown (since you live in that body).
Give yourself time. One thing that you'll notice that if you do the same routine, your body will eventually get used to it, and your gains will stop. So every 2-3 months or so, change your workout routine dramatically. And make sure you maintain good eating habits. Nutritional consistency is the biggest component in getting the physique you want.
Check out this article I wrote about my own journey gaining muscle mass:

Also remember that you're a great age to start working out. I started when I was 16, but didn't get serious and consistent with my workouts until I was 18, and I didn't improve my nutrition significantly until I was 25 years old. Once I did that, my gains took off. So make sure you're eating well (at least every 2 hours), training hard, and getting plenty of rest. I guarantee that you do those 3 things in combination, you'll be in the 160-170 lbs. range by this time next year, with a lower bodyfat percentage level.

thanks alot mate, good honest responbse and motivation. im sticking with full body untill christmas, then moving onto a 3 day split, then possibly a 4 day after exams at end of acedemic year, ill hit you up when im changing over to see what you think.
only thing i am wondering about is do you reckon ive gained any or much fat? i personally think its minimal, especially seeing as i couldnt see my abs when i started before i cut when i shouldnt of, and i can just about now.

there quite grueling workouts if you do the proper supersets which i try to always do, unless i cant get to equipment at commercial gym though i mainly work from home. Del montes is hard but i must say i am now convinced it is one of the best beginner programs out there.

The problem is your focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you. I think next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude, but people like you I really pity. So maybe you could use the few brain cells you have and take advantage of the knowledge I have given you. Good luck.
