If you have a spare 3m Square at home you can house 10 Hens and a rooster. Low cost to set up and you will get all the eggs you need.
|
and WHY would you need a rooster???? lol ( by the way i DO live on a CHICKEN farm, serious, we use to have about 150 chickens, down to like 50 - 75 now but lotta chickens either way, most of them are cocks/roosters though, sucks keeping them fed and watered and they all have to be seperated so i have to feed and water them one by one

I really don't get why you guys need all these eggs in the morning. It seems like an ego kind of thing if anything. People always say when their bulking ( yeah man, 8 whole eggs and 6 egg whites ) and I'm like dude, 1. thats a ton of cholesterol and 2. thats more protein than you need for one meal.

Eggs are a cheap source of protein and its like 2$ a dozen or by 5 dozen cases at Costco...And also Whole eggs are dietary cholestorol and good for you, The only thing to worry about is the fat if your trying to stay lean.

This.
I think one thing you could do with milk is just freeze it though. Buy like 5 jugs, put 2 in the fridge and put 3 in the freezer. Just unthaw it on the counter over night whenever a jug is out.

I had 6 with my breakfast this morning, 6 egg omlette (1 yolk, 6 whites) + a bowl of oatmeal. I get eggs from the butchers fairly cheap, I think it's like $2.50 for 24.
