Hey janky i'm in highschool and i'm wondering if i should just practice talking to girls that sit around me in class or should I talk to random girls that walk around school? I've had some conversations with girls in my class but I can't get a real conversation started with this girl I actually want. she is one of my classes but I don't sit close to her so i'm gona have to talk to her outside of class.

Alright janky so the chick i was talking before i'm not attracted to her she is somewhat chubby...nice personality tho.. but I look at her as one of the guys type of deal I do not see myself dating her at all. Guys I need your help. Went to my first club last night and did not like it at all. It was a Halloween bash w/ about 300 or so asians crammed in one area. Certain things though..

1) I didn't pregame. Honestly did not think I would need it as i'm now generally a lot more naturally confident. I honestly think I should have. Also i'm not 21.
2) I was originally supposed to go w/ 6 other people but all but one dropped out. The one that stayed, ironically, is probably the most anti-social person I ever met. It didn't help that he didn't know anyone to introduce me to, but that leads me to #3
3) I could not find anyone I knew except for maybe 3 other people, but they are more like people I pass by and say hi to on campus. The bash centered mostly to students of a particular college in my area, and I go to community college.

All in all, it was pretty much by myself that whole time. Everyone else seemed to come in groups of 6 to a dozen and seemed to know each other.

Ugh.. overall I just felt i'm not ready to step into that environment. I literally had to ask the person I was talking to to repeat everything they said.

My only saving grace of that night was when I stepped out and 2 girls approached me w/ the most obvious come ons towards me. They were quite literally listing everything they liked about me through out the whole night when we dined across the street.

Also another thing I want to add. I don't know if it's because lately i've been reading 'Atlas Shrugged' or what not, but i've been feeling very defeatist. I was talking to a guy last night who manages a pretty popular skateshop, and he was telling me how he gets contacts all the time, whenever he goes out because people always recognize him from that store. It got me thinking, in order to really get into knowing HB8s and +, you pretty much HAVE to have a pretty solid social mask. I honestly don't have much, how should I put this.. superficial advantages to offer. As much as I can blame it on my past and the turns of events that really conditioned me to be like this, I want to continue and over come this.

^To above guy yeah social positioning makes a huge difference, even if you just work at the campus gym.. In terms of the party atmosphere, yeah it makes all the difference to know a lot of people there. Besides that, pre-gaming makes a huge difference in you having a good time.

Meh, I feel negative a lot of times too, but it's more disappoint than anything. I don't have any major issues with myself (aside from financial) so that helps
As for your club thing, yea, that's how it goes a lot of the time. If you have 3-4 people you're going with or meeting there it's a lot easier.
It is a giant leap if you've never been before. It's hard to just jump into a crowded, sweaty, loud place full of 100+ drunk people and just go mingle like a pro. That's one of my big "wtfs" about that pua show.. they would "teach" guys and then just dump em in clubs and go "GO GET EM OR YOU'RE OFF THE SHOW!"
not everyone's comfortable that fast man.. do it at your own pace!

Besides, clubs aren't always the best route for getting action. Yes, they're an easy way to pull drunk sluuzz if you just want to bang something.. but you have to either have a good understanding of what you're doing, or you have to know a lotta people there.

There was one kid in here that just went to this bar/club and hit it off with the bartenders real quick.. he just jumped right in and went apesht and started BS'ing with everyone.
Over the course of like a week and a half he hooked up with a bartender and made friends with a bouncer and a couple regulars.

Wish he still posted.. he'd be perfect to give you advice on this situation!

You just stay on em, it's basically like dry humping to music. Get your hands involved if she's feelin it, rub up and down her sides, her legs, whatever.. tell her to bounce her ass.. whatever works. Pretty much I have taken all the tips and guidelines (from better grooming to just straight up more confidence) and have been hanging with this one girl in my spanish class. There was a lot of eye contact and other signs that made it seem like she was interested so I man'd up and talked to her everything. The next day she just sits right beside me (she didnt before) and says that we should study together for the upcoming spanish test. So we exchanged numbers (was real smooth and easy it seemed like). By this time I'm feeling great and today I texted her bout gettin together to study. She responds "I don't know when I'm gonna start studying by I'll deff let you know and text you later." Well she never did text back. I know I have a problem of over-analyzing stuff and try not to, but it seemed like everything was going smooth up to this point. What do you guys think I should do/respond to the situation?? Help from anyone is greatly appreciated!

I've been/am in a similar situation and I say go meet other girls. The more options you have the easier it is. At the very least you won't care about "losing" one because there are others you can move onto right away. No oneitis = awesome. my .02$.

Yo Janky/other peoples in this thread, can you give me some tips because whenever I meet a new girl, I hit it off great for the first 2-3 weeks, then I ALWAYS **** up somehow, idk how, I dont want it happening again... so my question is how do you keep the conversation flowing with someone you dont know too well after a few weeks?

Like, we could get along great, share a common interest, but after say 5-6 meet ups/proper conversations, conversatory material runs dry...
