aw crap, I thought the last day of the week was Sunday!
My week has been interesting... Studying for/doing a midterm and finding out I get to move out on my own on Dec 1st. Woohoo!!!
The next month is going to be filled with planning and organizing the move, and finishing up my current classes. I don't know how much time I will have for working out, will try to squeeze it in where I can and keep trying to nail my diet (which has been good for the most part, with the odd panicky stress eating binge... sigh).
LOL - I hear ya, I drank last night as well (shame on me), but am currently gearing up for the gym.
It is strange on the rare nights I drink, the next morning I either feel like crap working out, or get in some of the best lifts... I have no clue why/how.

So we are in week 6 and I still have not lost one pound lol. My diet is consistent and my workouts are always different.
This week I did 100 burpees for time and totally kicked my butt. I have been sore for 2 days so far since.
I guess not gaining is good, not much for a competitor though. Good luck to everyone who is seeing progress

It is an awesome routine, and I will always throw it in somewhere in my training when I am looking for some good strength and mass gains.
Keep reading about it and follow it correctly as it is a very complicated routine, and more than just heavy numbers posted in my journal lol

Dont worry, when i started out, i lost 7lbs right off the bat (water weight) then it took me 2 weeks to loose another lb, then almost 2 months to loose any more weight.... BUT the scale doesn't always tell the whole truth..... Always use the mirror and how your clothes fit as a judge...
Keep up the good work, and if you feel your diet is consistant, your workouts are good but your not seeing a difference....change something up... Just find what works for you
I was going to wait until the end of week 6 to post updates but the gym was totally empty today.

Things are going well for me. Took 10 days of DC training but this week I was back at full throttle! Blasting up some huge numbers. But more importantly looking better and better in the mirror! Ive only dropped about 5 pounds so far - but bf% has dropped substantially...! I will snap some picks later on in the week.
Hope everyone survived Halloween.. good thing it isn't really celebrated much in South America. Although i would be lying if i didnt say that my buddies and i dressed up as carebears!

Thanks, I'm hitting it! I can see a little back definition (a little). I am just trying cross-fit for my workout instead of lifting and its different. Hard but in a whole different way I guess. I will stick with it....just wish I could see something lol

Damn I missed last week. It was a very long week. Doctors appointments and dentist appointments etc.
Well I am still doing ok losing weight. I would like to kick it up a notch so we will see how that goes. I am proud to say that my jeans are definately big on me now which is very exciting! I hope everyone had a nice Halloween!
