hey craig, if you would take my opinion i personally know mooseusaf and that he would be a great candidate for logging this. his first comp is this month and will be ready to start eating and building again as soon as it is over. he gets my endorcement.

Day 2 - Legs/Low Back + No Cardio
Day 3 - Traps/Arms + Cardio

Diet:
Current Cutting:
2400 cals/day
~180g protein
don't count fats, don't count carbs...just keep them clean and as healthy as possible

Proposed:
TKD @ ~2400 cals/day
~150g fats
~100g carbs "targeted" pre/intra/post workout
~180g protein

Goals:
12% BF Jan 1, 2010, current 14%

How u intend to use:
Been recovering from a recent retriggering of my lower back injury. Put on a few unwanted pounds but for the most part, didn't lose any strength. So I'd like to incorporate Ghenerate obviously for fat loss, which I have no doubt it does from the prior logs, but I'd be more interested in seeing if I'm affected by it's "Increase feeling of well being", "Better Sleep", "Increased Focus". So far, fat loss products with Y and/or C just make me too damn jittery and unable to sit still for long periods of time. I can only muster 5-6hrs of sleep and usually must force myself to get 7-8.

I've logged with LG before...absolutely love LG's lineup and price is unbeatable. Currently using Lipotropic Protein(when will BB.com carry PB flavor???), EAA+BCAA, & PC

Just curious, but the loggers over at AM reporting gains for anywhere from 5-10lbs..

From asking in another topic I've found out that they were solo runs of GHenerate, which is nice to hear about. They were only 30 day logs correct? Because in that time frame 5-10lbs non hormonal is a nice result, but what kind of weight is it? One of the log reviews I was browsing over said it was great for weight gains but the strength gain was.. disappointing. Is this weight going to drop off after? Or is there something else here I'm missing?
