Any? Like what foods to eat and any other advice?
First bulk. Time to make some changes to mon physiqueee

I try to eat pretty clean and on the cheap. Eggs, Oatmeal, Beans, Cottage Cheese, Milk, buy meat in bulk, multigrain pasta, and some other stuff...

i just started my first bulk 2 days ago.. been getting 3500-4000 clean cals a day. my body feels great!

Shall I stick to a eating routine? Or just eat whatever the F*ck and make sure it's clean? (Bare in mind im 16)

Eat whatever you want, but calculate/keep track of them.
Energy is still energy, the sad part is, the restaurants don't exactly make them as what they list on their site (nutrition listing).
This is why, you shouldn't depend on restaurants everyday, your # might be off ,
