Need a good protein shake/gainer shake recipe for breakfest

I constantly don`t have time to make breakfast such as eggs in the morning. I just want a quick recipe for a protein shake/gainer shake. Post workout i just mix a scoop of whey powder, milk and a frozen banana. People told me that a simple protein shake doesn`t have enough calories for breakfast, anyone have a healthy protein shake/gainer shake recipe thats fast and easy to make, should taste somewhat good, just not to bad.

Keep hard boiled eggs in fridge pound a few down in the morning with your protein shake. try adding a couple scoops of oats to your shake also.

Heres my breakfast....

1.5 cups 2% Milk
1-2 TblSpoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup of Oalmeal (uncooked)
I banana
2 scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder
*1-1.5 scoops weight gainer if I dont use 2 scoops protein*

Try also mixing other fruits too.. frozen bluberries, raspberries, mangos and also almonds and nuts give you more calories.

With the increase in cardio and boxing/mma training I am staying at 175-185lbs compared to 215-230lbs. Will post recent pics soon. Since I will not fight until 6 months from now I will gain some muscle weight and worry about cutting weight later.

Well i just thought id put up a post for a really top quality weight gainer that i make (its my friends recipe so not stealin credit)

Chuck the followin in2 a blender:

2 scoops whey protein (wpc is ok or wpi)
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 Satchels of Oats
300-400ml of milk (depending on how thick you want)
tablespoon of chocolate or watever you want for flavouring ( i go with chocolate milk flavouring)

so ye blend all that up and its a killer shake.. sounds wierd but it tastes kinda like a snickers bar in liquid form so ye u get used 2 the taste after a while

In terms of nutritional value from memory its something like this (dont quote me tho)
Calories = 1100
Protein = 80-90
Carbs = 120
Fat = far bit :S hahaha but efa's r good for u

great for bulkin!!.
