If your not used to adderall then its going to make you lose appetite and not get good sleep. You'll be cracked out for a while till you get tolerant to it and then maybe you'll get some more sleep and eat better. But not worth it in my opinion.
If they are adderall xr's, thats even worse.

I take adderall xr and it sucks man. I can never eat, but I need to take to for college. I can't control my symptoms and I have a hard time putting on muscle because of it.

i have adderall xr script for my a.d.d. and it might seem like a good idea as it is a stimulant, however it will actually limit your gains/strength. The adderall works by constricting blood vessels which causes the heart to pump faster. This also limits the amount of oxygen and other nutrients that goes to muscles. From a bodybuilding standpoint it also sucks because it kills your appetite and makes it nearly impossible to gain while on it. When i started taking adderall the first month i lost 12 pounds of bodyweight. Most of this loss was water weight and muscle.

i know that. i geuss the way i read it i thought he meant something chemically would ruin your gains like when people say dont take tylenol. So there would be no problem as long as you remember to eat...and the possible heart attack thing
EDIT: nvm i just posted this before reading what tua said

When i first got the script for adderall xr I needed it for the add, but I was also phsyched because i thought it would be really good for cutting but it makes it nearly impossible to workout, and as much as people think they could while taking it, there were times where i was just repulsed by food. I could go a whole day without eating a thing and not even notice being hungry. I lost 12 pounds really fast but once my metabolism slowed down from not eating as often ( because you simply cant force yourself to eat regular meals) and i started to put fat weight on from the times I actually did eat solid meals. Kinda like feeding a starving person, there body just wants to store the energy as fat.

taking it to get sht done is perfect, i used to be able to write a 20 page paper in one night and enjoy doing it lol
i used to love going out at night and taking 2 of them and drink, great nights..lol better than dropping 100 bucks on a shtty bag of blow... to me its the same effect ( ppl with disagree with me one this, but fck em) without the hangover and the waste $$
and it so easy to get a prescription for these days as well
