no just White flood i have a bottle of Prolab creatine i have yet to use, i just need to get my diet in order and get the ball rolling on working out i've lost a massive amount of weight and i need the focus/motivation to get through my workouts

nope, we keep them separate because most pre products with creatine dont offer a full dose and it would bump the cost up.

I've finished my tub of WF; and overall I'm fairly impressed, before I used to just drink espresso before workouts but WF has brought some next level ****.

I isolated the progress of WF on my body in the past month by not changing anything but just incorporating it to my stack, and easily just by the sheer focus and energy that it provides, its allowed me to make pretty solid gains in the past month. I've essentially improved in all areas when I thought I began to plateau.

Also, I'm drinking the lemonade, and i would have to say; its not that bad. It might be funky at first, but its not bad to go down. The other day I was falling asleep while I was driving and put half scoop in my water, went nuts driving.

i use N.O xplode and have always liked it... I used superpump 250 a few times and didnt notice a thing.. I tried NaNo vapor and was not really a fan of that either.

lol that's how i feel when i drink that driving bump up some hardstyle techno and dang
get to the gym in like 40% of my normal time lol

Im currently taking no explode and want to get rid of it. I like the energy it brings but dislike the water weight, Im looking for sugestions for other types of supplements to get that type of energy and not get so bulky

I used the free sample of Cytnox from BB, I dont use a pre supp (besides eating). I would only use it on my chest days, and after using it each week for my chest (2x), my chest deff felt more volumized compared to not using anything, I liked it.

I am currently taking NO Explode, although I have to admit it is not neccessarily because it is the best. I could be alone here, but White Flood gave me a weird "all-over-body" itch and had me dieing in the bathroom after I used it. Pumps were great, but I had such weird side effects, anyone else experience this?

the tingle is expected and is written on the bottle, its from the beta alanine and most people enjoy it

I just looked at the Store Page for White Flood, and sure enough it was right there under "usage". The itch (ie "tingle") was mild. It just had me curious. Thanks for the quick reply!
