Hello CT, awesome workout.
Here's how I do them. But I use the flat bench and I use DB's instead of the BB.

Legs!!! Ftmfw!!!
Sunday: Legs
Once again, I have no idea what time I started because the gym didn't set their clocks so it was like a time warp from my car to the gym back to my car!!!
Squats - these felt so good today!!! I was worried since I am running again..
Bar x 10
95 x 8
95 x 8
95 x 8
115 x 6
bar x 10
Leg Press
70 x 10
90 x 8
140 x 6
140 x 6
90 x 10
Seated Calf Raises
1 Plate x 12, 4 sets
Walking Lunges - with #20 dumbbells - ended every set with "holy shyte!"
20, 4 sets
Hammer Strength Lying Ham Curls
40 x 6, 5 sets
Bridge-ups
20, 4 sets
Felt really good today, I was really worried since I am on week two of doing every bodypart twice a week and I started running again. I think after this 4-week, I may do 5x5...that looks fun.
I don't think I am going to compete in April. My husband takes me on a cruise every Feb. for my birthday and he wasn't crazy of the idea of skipping it in 2010 so I will stick with my original plan of Oct. 2010...give me sometime to try to add size...
Hope everyone is having a great Sunday...now it's time to clean the house...UGH!!
