Awesome dude, I wouldn't have any issues of helping you out in return with references. You'll be golden based on your success but I'll be more than happy to become an "example" for you. You'll see I'll work like no other, after Vegas comes...we're doing this. Thanks for everything.

You are a huge inspiration to me man I just stared a a week ago I'm at about 250 5' 11" and with the progress you made I feel like I can actually do this. Do you have any tips? I am already making decent gains in muscle on a typical high protein diet and a 4 day split will fat loss just come with the gaining of muscle?

My biggest tip is always have a plan and stick to it. Because when weight lost stops you know where to tweak it. With out a Oman u never know what works

ok just so you no when i start a new diet it has to be perfect or i dont feel right lol. Im gona have a lot of questions so i plan on starting the diet either sat, sun or mon so i can go shopping and no everything that i can/cant have etc. Just so you no i will actually be training 4x per week i dont no wat days and wat body parts on wat days if that matters? and with the cardio do i do it on lifting days to? if so before or after or does it matter? and after training do i have a post workout shake? if so wat shood it be, and if i train say 2 hours before my next meal and then train for one hour and then have the post workout shake, there will be one hour before my next meal im assuming i still eat that meal (stupid question i no but i have to no exactly wat to do). just so you no i am in school so i cant just whip out somthing to eat, but i see you have my snack as whey protein isolate shake, so thats fine im gessing i use water instead of milk? dont know how ima get the peanut butter tho. And if its possible if i have peanut butter in the house it will be very hard not to just eat it whenever im board bc i love it! So instead of pb could i do 1oz almonds? that wood be possible for me to sneak eat that in class. And about measuring i dont have a tape measurer...cood i just weigh in every sunday and instead of waist measurment get my bf taken every 4 weeks? Does it matter what i do for cardio or the intensity of it? What are omega-3 eggs? For the whey protein isolate is there a certain brand name i need to get? for meal 4 i dont like fish...i cood have tuna tho? and if i have red meat for that meal how many times a wk can i have that? And it depends on the day but sometimes at school i eat lunch at like 1130 and dont get home till 345 and u have my 4th meal as dinner so i wood be having that when i get home from school so is it ok if i go 4-5 hrs without eating on those days? And does it matter if somedays i have 6 meals, like add another shake if i get hungry at night or somthin, or just stick to 5? I like to pre cook my food so when i do that if the meat is already cooked ill just measure it after its cooked instead of before is that ok or shood i weigh everything before i cook it? Does it matter if i switch meals 2 and 5 some days or 3 and 4 some days? Oh and i dont like salad is there another option for that? And speaking of options can i have a few more options for each meal to switch it up or incase i run out of one thing? For the cheat day does it matter what i have? and how much shood i have? cood i just have like sweet potatoes or whole wheat pasta and fruit and stuff like that? Or does it have to be bad stuff? or cood i have both? Sorry for all the question but PLEASE ANSER ALL OF THEM! and are you sure this will get me to where i want to be??
THANKS!
sorry for posting on here but my email wont send it to you bc its gay*

Holy crap dude. I just noticed this thread. I haven't read it all but losing that much weight is great. You didn't notice any loose skin or did you just pack it in with muscle. I'm imagining all that muscle really filled that excess skin in. Truely amazing.

Thanks for the info. I have some but I wasn't as gifted as you in packing on that huge amount of muscle haha. I'll get there, just might take me awhile. Any routines that you noticed gave you the best gains? If they are in the thread, feel free to note that and I'll look through it when I get some time.
Thanks

^^ this. the body is cool that way. it doesn't care about splits as long as it gets hard & intense stimulation...regardless of rep ranges...just as long as it's heavy as fck, it will make the proper adjustments. i.e.: gain hypertrophy.
...& adequate vitamins/minerals & rest in between, are required, too; obviously.
