Yeah, thats what i will eventually do if i acquired sufficient information in here ill switch to my own training method with 3 day split but for the mean time i should do more than 1 hrs of exercise then.

And for the vits, i see, i use clusivol, pero once i tried stress tabs, i think it works better for me then, coz i feel i have more energy and endurance when using it.

i do it this way

10 grams split to 4 servings of 2.5 for 5 days
5 grams after workout maintanance for 26 days
1 week off and repeat

pwede na yung Centrum bro the best way to drink it during breakfast with your essential fatty acid for better absorption.

Pag crea mono they say that you have to follow the loading and maintenance phase. I never used mono so i really dont know. ha ha

lack of sleep + 2 much activity = lack in gains

Rant:
Losing BW!

Culprit:
1. Regular work from 9am - 1pm.. then PT Training from 4-9pm. On my PT training, i usually standby the freeweights zone and most often than not, i get to spot (heavy stuff) every now & then which leads to regular sweating for me plus the fact that i walk around and help other members in equipment usage.

2. Late workout - balancing my days activities in work, home (baby sitting, cooking, auto cleaning) & gym-work.. i end up now working out late (9pm to 10pm). The adrenalin + indulged pre&pwo supp keeps me up till about 3am!! Plus the regular baby sitting in the weee hours of the morning. Roughly about 3-4 hours sleep in total.

3. Unbalanced meal - with my daily activity, my meal plan has been just crazy! Though i still eat like a monster, everything seems not just right. My supp intake is at the same level of dosage.


Result:
Since i have been in PT Training for the last 2 weeks, my BW have drastically dropped from 90.7 kg to 84.6 kg!!! However, my BF was down from 24% (@90.7kg) to 18% (@84.6kg)... and an increase in body measurement.

In terms of strength, i guess from daily heavy spotting, i have managed to increase about a +15% (ranging 6RM) strength for the last 2 weeks.

Lapit na 15 th then you can start. Joms and I are discussing my 2nd one na. am getting mixed thoughts on doing another.

Ok, so i went to the gym today and started my program and minding my own workout.

First off, may dalawang trainer kasi dun sa gym lagi na lurking arround the gym all day, yung isa Babae PT (yung nag turo saken) and the other is a Lalakeng PT (Yung sinasabi kong may per 1, 10, 20, 30 Sessions and so on na bayad)

So hndi yung lalake PT ko, but then when i was about to bench, he came to me and started Spotting me/Teaching me/Talking to me, (i was like cool, thanks) and then he kept talking to me (Parang i felt like im being stalked every exercise lol) na sets after sets, getting to know me like (Saan ka nka tira? anong supplement ginagamit mo?) then nilabas niya sa Bag niya isang Bottle na Amino 6000 and started to introduce it to me, sabi niya pang palakas raw, i said ah ok, and he continued to say mas mahal to sa GNC mas mura pag saskin ka bumili, sabi ko Magkano yan? sabi niya 650 lng 100 capsules. sabi ko ahh kaso mag kakambas pa ako eh, i hear something about Creatine and Celltech then tinanong ko pra san ba yon? (Nagulat siya na i know those names kasi palatanong ako) then he said ahh, meron rin akong creatine, pang palakas ren yun, sabi ko eh celltech? sabi niya mas mlkas daw yung Cell-Tech sa Creatine pang advanced na raw yun, i said ah ok, then he said may binebenta ren akong creatine..., pag kailangan mo bumili nandyan lng nmn ako ah.. i said ok cge.. pag bbli ako ill ask you later on..

Ang alam ko lng kasi ay Self-Made Weight Gainer, Whey Protein, Creatine/Cell-tech, and NO 2 na sinasabi ni energizer1000.

My question is:
Para san yung Amino 6000 (Amino Acids 6000 w/ 100 tabs)? will i waste money or does it benefit me? or may mas other better product compared to this?

Ano nga yung sinabi ko? nakalimutan ko na ata.

Amino 6000? Weider brand ba yun? No, you will not waste your money but again this is just a supplement. It depends also what brand you are using, kung maganda or hindi. Amino is the building block of protein. It will help you in your muscle growth.

Racket talaga yan ng mga PT. I have seen them sell also in my gym, from creatine to hydroxicut etc etc They usually pry on newbies kasi eager mag gain kaagad ng weight. I bet you can get that cheaper somewhere else.

yup even on off days you need to saturate yourself with it pero maraming ways to take it you can even calculate the intake of creatine.

as for the essential fatty acid yup your right

about the centrum yah its once a day some bodybuilders take multi's twice a day.
