oats?
ok so i looked thru fourms and i saw the best way to take your oats pwo shake is to grind them with a coffee grinder. so i got a coffee grinder and tried it and noticed that almost all of the oats are stuck to blender?
i was wondering if this normal and if so was there any way to prevent it from happening?
any and all help would be appreciated
thanks

there may be some shaking of the grinder required... what you are describing sounds perfectly reasonable to me. I make my shakes in a blender so I just add milk and all that stuff and blend it all at once.

I put 'em in a blender with milk, protein powder, and bananas and hit blend for about 60 secs then liquify for about 30 secs. No problems. Tastes good too.

I take my oats (1/2 cup), milk (1 cup), blueberries (1/2 cup), protein (1 scoop), toss in blender, and blend for 20-30 seconds on "milkshake". Makes a perfect 400 calorie PWO drink.

Try adding the oats while having the blender on. This is what I do with peanut butter since it would prob get stuck in the bottom.
I add 1 cup of milk, protein powder, turn on the blender and then add peanut butter and oats as its blending.
