Workout / Current Protocol (details throughout the log)
-Mon: Chest / Abs
-Tues: Back
-Wed: Off
-Thrus: Legs
-Fri: Delts / Traps
-Sat: Biceps / Triceps
-Sun: Off

Before workout, there is a 15min light cardio session for warm up's. If it is a split day, then the first 2 working sets of the body parts are considered warm ups. Occasionally I will go for a dedicated cardio day done lightly to prevent over training.

Diet:
I will not be changing my diet because this product is said to increase my energy, meal satiety, as well as lipolysis and thermogenesis.

Meal 1 - 5 eggwhites in a whole wheat wrap.
-workout (usually hour or two after)
Meal 2 - Protein shake + (20-30 min later) 7oz chicken breast or 6oz salmon with mixed vegies w/ 1tsp low fat butter over veg.
Meal 3 - Protein shake + Almonds (+/- 1/4 cup)
Meal 4 - 3.5oz chicken breast / Canned tuna (40g prot.) / 8oz Salmon w/Mixed vegies + roasted potato's or just broccoli with light cheese sauce (it's light!!!!!)
Meal 5 - 1/2 cup tofu
Meal 6 - Low-Fat yogurt then casein before I sleep.

Sometimes I miss a meal depending on the day, the schedule and how things go. Most of the time, it goes as described above because of my free schedule.

I try to consume 250g of protein per day. I try to spread them throughout evenly, still working on it.

Current Supplements:

-BSN NO Xplode
-Universal Animal Pak
-Higher Power Tribulus
-Omega-3 (sometimes)
-ON BCAA (pre and post workout)
-Higher Power micronized creatine mono.
-MHP Glutamine
-ON ZMA

-ON Casein

Betancourt's directions : Take 1 serving (4ml) in the morning after meal. Depending on tolerance, take another serving 4-6 hours later.

Pictures (Before and After will be posted at the END of the log for side by side comparison. I am thinking this log will end in about 15-18 days depending on my dosage counts.

I took 4ml this morning with the included "syringe" immediately after breakfast. It felt just like taking my morning coffee. It got my awake and alert from the caffeine.

The taste.... welll it's going to take some getting used to. There are these white crystals within the thick liquid and well... its pretty cool! Its sweet and bitter but tolerable. 1 serving seems to be ok, I might need to take the second serving in a bit.

Todays detailed protocol. Done with 3 second negetives, and 3 second positives.

Weight x Reps

Barbell Curls: 65x10, 75x8, 85x6

Close Grip Bench: 135x10, 155x8, 155x8

Super sets with incline DB Curls=(A) and DB Tricep press=(B).
[A.25x10 B.60x10] [A.35x7 B.75x8] [A.40x6 B.80x6] [A.50x5 B.100x6] [A.45x6 B.70x8]

Super sets with Tricep Pushdown vbar=(A) and EZ Bar curls=(B)
[A.80x8 B.65x7] [A.90x7 B.85x6] [A.100x6 B.85x6] [A.110x6 B.105x5] (Last 2 reps of ez were forced)

Hammer curls (switched up angles and also reverse curls every other rep):
35x8, 30x8

Dips (with weight belt): 50x10, 60x7, bodyweight x 8.
(all of them were done with 3 second negetive, 2 second positive with perfect form. The weights are weights attached to the belt plus my bodyweight)

Overall, great workout today, I was sweating a lot more than usual. hmmm.....

Thats basically what it is! You use it to measure out 4ml, very easy to use and inject it right into your mouth.

My mom thought I was on something else... try sticking that in your butt.

Woke up earlier this morning (time change) and ate my usual breakfast and took my 4ml of Ripped Juice. The supplement works almost instantly as for 2 days straight I felt alert about 10 minutes after taking the dosage.

My body feels warmer for some reason as well. My room temperature is normally around 72* which is comfortable but I needed it at around 69* to be comfortable last night to sleep.

Libido is roughly the same before taking the juice.

Today originally a rest day I decided to go for a light cardio routine.

Protocol as follows:

20minutes on the elliptical, heart rate at an average of 140bpm, keeping the speed range around 110-120rpm. The machine says I burned 200 cals, but thats just as detailed as I can get for now.

I took a short break, did some forearms on the preacher bench. I was leaning over resting and took this picture because my arms looked huge!


So back downstairs and now 15 minutes of light running on the treadmill ended my day.

Overall, I feel pretty good right now. Oddly enough, the sweats are more pronounced and today it wasn't humid.

11/02/09 - Chest

Same routine as I started, same breakfast but I added a protein shake in with the breakfast because I woke up really early because of the time change. I took 4ml's immediately after and BAM activated!

I woke up freezing but as soon as I took ripped juice, I felt the heat again.

Today is chest day, (not my favorite day) but what has to be done will be done!

Here is today's protocol:
3 second negetives, 2 second positives.
15 minute elliptical before workout.

Weight x Rep

Decline BB Bench: 135x12* 185x8, 205x6, 225x6 (135 were warm up's. They were done very slowly concentrating on my form and targeting the chest more than shoulders or arms)
Dumbell Flat Bench Press: 65x8, 80x6, 90x6, 80x8 (weight per arm)
Iso-Incline Press: 180x8, 270x6, 290x5
Incline DB Fly's: 20x10, 20x10, 25x10
Cable Crossovers: 70x15, 110x10, 80x12, 70x15

Here is a pic of the iso-incline press.


I just took the second serving of ripped juice and aside from the sweating. I just might be dropping some weight as well. I will do a weigh in tomorrow morning.

Feeling good! Tomorrow is Back day (favorite next to arms!)

My gym got rid of most of them for whatever reasons! But this still remains my favorite. Going for 360# on it next week.

I know I havent been posting much on my diet but here is what I have on my written log.
(Recorded protein intake)

Sunday - 265g
Monday (today)- 242g

Water for all 3 days is 1 gallon, except today or as I speak will be a little less until later on.

and thanks! I like details. I think I could do a better job logging such as diet, my current libido, mood, etc.

haha...LOL...that a boy....feels good dosn't it....keep up the hard work...lets see where the weight is at...but def can see some differences in those arms....how long does the caffine jolt seem to last? is it just like a cup of coffee?

The caffeine lasts just as long as noxplode I think. (4 hours average? before the crash).
It hits pretty quickly too. Within 10 minutes of taking it im alert, heart is pumping. I feel like I can stop time with my mind because my focus and alertness is rediculously high. I just took my second serving, getting hyped up for my log which you will see below.

Smile 11/03/09 - Back (saaaaweeeeeet!)

Weight as of today: 198lbs (2lb drop since my last weigh in on Oct. 27th)

Another day, one of my best days yet. Breaking goals, waking up early thinking about the weight for deadlifts... damn im hooked.

I woke up around 8a.m. today which is not normal for me. I was stressed out before I slept, and when I woke up I was stressed out even more. A lot of things on my mind and its hitting me hard now. This hurts me because of the lack of sleep (6.5 hours) but helps me because of the anger that fuels me at the gym.

With that said, A nap is in the works after I finish this post.

Todays protocol! (after 15 minutes on elliptical, resistance level at 15 stretching everything out and sweating like a maniac)

(deadlifts) 3 second negetives, 1-2 second positives.
Everything was around 3 second negetive, 1 second positive (unless noted).

Weight x Rep

Deadlifts: 135x12* 225x6, 275x6, 315x3 (*4sec -, 2sec + warm up)
Close Grip Pull Down: 120x12* 150x8, 180x6, 210x6 (*3s-,3s+)
DB Row: 110x5, 100x5*, 95x5, 80x6, 55x12 (*picture below)
Standing cable row(bar): 90x25, 120x15, 120x15
Wide grip pull up: -100x10, -50x12 (using machine to get some reps in and finish off).

BTW I def got it up fully but the 2 pic shows the weight up at about 80% way up? bad timing..

I broke 2 goals today!
1st - Deadlift. My back was feeling much better than before. I have beenw working on deadlifts the past 2 weeks and my max was 245 for some time. I decided to jump the gun and try 275 and it felt pretty good. With my perfect form down, I decided to give it a shot while my back still feels pretty damn solid and was able to get 3 clean reps. I felt like I could have done more but didnt want to over work it so I stopped myself.

2nd - DB rows. With the new lifting straps, I can now do more weights than I thought I could do. 100's were no problem last time but my forearm kept giving out. I decided to try out 110 for the first time today and felt pretty damn good. Definitely increasing next week.

Currently my mood is a lot better. I felt like sh1+ this morning but that feeling soon dissapeared while I was pumping myself up for the gym. I am very tired right now even with the ripped juice in my system. Tomorrow is my off day and I will need the rest for my legs thursday.

Thanks bro, keeping it heavy. I wish I had a video. I gotta get my flip video thing out to the gym for one of the days.

Well, I was about to take a nap but did not happen because ripped juice kicked in again. I thought I would be able to fight it but daaaaamn...

I feel like my metabolism increased on ripped juice if anything. Diet has not changed yet I get hungry easier which shouldn't be happening? Today was the severe case. Had an extra 3.5oz of chicken breast with the vegies making today 281g protein.

My chest is starting to take better shape than before. My back is also getting more definition.

Sweet deal!

I will be out of ZMA in 3 days so that will soon be crossed off the list. I dont think it did much. My sleeps arent consistent (consistently good or bad etc...) I have about 2/3 of the bottle of ripped juice left. For 5 days of testing, the main consistent part is the positive energy I get from ripped juice and I am starting to get hungry more often which is something different.

I am estimating about 10 more days left. Let's see where ripped juice takes me!

YEAAA!!! that boy!!!!straps def help with heavy back workouts are def needed for deads and rows(when you get close to 400 you'll really need them, and you will!!!!)....glad to see your noticing differences in your chest, it makes you feel better to see the hard work paying off...great job my friend...and as hard as it is, you got to try to get some sleep, and i know how hard that can be, with a ton of ish on your mind, try walking (it helps me out) or if you need something just hit up my FB, i would be happy to help in any way!!!

Keep working hard bro...it pays off my friend, with intrest!!!!

Have you tried melatonin, puts me right to sleep..
