So I'm assuming you dont touch your chest when you bench right? Do you do any rotator cuff stuff or anything to try and relieve it? Cuz I'm having some on and off trouble with my shoulders and its affecting my workouts
I do go to chest when I bench. I just kinda fight through the pain. I've never really done anything specific to relieve the pain just kinda try and forget about it lol
But I got 435 new record on deadlift tonight...ill post workout tomorrow morning im really tired gonna crash

Bondons, would you consider yourself a hard gainer? I've noticed that for most of your workouts you only do 12 sets or so. I'm a similar height and weight to you and I've gotten in the habit of always feeling like I have a little gas left in the tank, and usually end up doing 18-20 sets during many of my workouts. I feel like I'm going hard on every set and doing as much weight as I can for a good amount of controlled reps. Any advice or comments you could toss my way is appreciated.

I used to do high volume too. It worked for awhile but I started training lower volume and putting more effort into each set and I think it works.

yea you don't have to squat to get big legs, there are a ton of exercises you can do.
