looking for a good 3-4 day split workout. I'm 14 years old!!!

Would someone please share their 3-4 day split workout. without squats and deadlifts however. I've been working out for 6 months and having small results. thank you!!!

I did starting strength for a little while before football and wrestling. It was OK, I just added some volume to it. I'm sure you'll benifit if you run it right.

Starting Strength has squats and deadlifts, but there is no reason why a 14 year old shouldn't do them. Rippetoe, the designer of SS has had great success with using his methods on teens.

I'd recommend you do SS and do the squats and deadlifts. You'll get really strong, really fast.
