When people say someone cant be juicing cause they arent 300lbs ripped is just not even right...THere have been stories of golfers that took gear. Skinny track and field athelets have been known to take juice..You dont have to be huge while on gear at all..

Never ceases to amaze me how a thread about someone claiming to be natty gets to be 4pgs or more. Who gives a shiz if they are or not, in my book a quality physique is just that no matter how it is achieved it still takes hard work and dedication. If someone lies about performance enhancement then its on them im not one to judge the next man.

For a recreational bodybuilder I agree..... But if you think pros waited to reach their "genetic limit" before they hit the sauce your wrong.
Even in the picture you posted, both of those guys juiced in their teens guaranteed. Ruhl I 100 percent sure, Wolf im just pretty confidant, but either way they both juiced way before they hit their genetic max.

Correct...I have done no pressing movements for almost a decade. Bench press, biomechanically speaking, is about the worst thing you can do to yourself...heavy DB flyes cannot be replaced. I have to keep this short as I don't like to feed such comments as people usually don't take my offer and continue to "hate".

Yes, PhD strong...just fyi, that video is simply pumping up...nothing heavy and 48 hours from hitting stage, so no heavy movements.
Not sure what you mean by the food statement...simply put, I eat all the solid food I can...I supplement only when I have to.

Also, not everyone takes creatine. I usually don't take it cus the effects aren't all that great. It's not a miracle-worker. It's only a slight difference. I guess it's more of a long-run type thing but lots of folks don't bother taking it since they figure the money spent on it could be spent on other things.

Yea, I don't think barbell bench is the best movement for chest either, dumbbell press and dumbbell incline press are IMO and cannot be replaced. Flyes seem to work for you, but IMO, the majority of people should stick to dumbbell presses in addition to cable and dumbbell flyes just because presses put the most tension on the chest in order to break down the muscle. DB does that without the massive strain on the shoulders like barbell ones do.
And I will take your word for it if you are natural. I'm not really one to jump and call unnatural and I have seen what people can do naturally, including myself. So that's good that you can serve as an example of what is possible naturally.
This pic in particular is amazing and still keeps some doubt in my mind about you being natural, but either way its a badass pic.

Yea, I totally agree with you on NO2 products which I think are garbage and I don't react to either really, but creatine is good for muscle hydration if you don't react to it (in addition to being a muscle builder/strength builder).

I was watching a documentary today on steroids and I started thinking about how much it would suck if I got to a decent size naturally and was accused of steroid use. When you get someone like an ifbb pro saying they're natural obviously it's a lie, but when someone like this guy claims to be natural you have to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Either way it's an awesome physique and he has done well if he is natural, I could only hope for something similar for myself in the long run drug-free.
