yeah same here.. we're like family over here in this dept.. yeah we get that.. oak ridge is on the east coast in Tennessee. yeah thats what one of my co-workers told me.. and another one is gonna do but im staying here.. i'ma cali guy plus all my family is on the west coast and it would be hard on my daughter and fiance on the move.. im most likely going back to finish medical school... i just need 2 more years and im good to go..

I been on and off with lifting and not as consistant as I would like to be. It's freaking cold now. You still work at College Grove? They have a new Super Sport opening up in December. I can't wait til the grant opening.

yeah i got plans.. naw not an RN.. my sisters are all RN's and my aunts too.. bunch of medical heads in my family.. might as well get back in it.. ima certified Pharmacy Tech and Respiratory Therapist.. if i finish my BS, my RT pay would be good enough..

Well it depends on how you use it. I think the Blackberry is the greatest phone out there. Not all the bells and whistles like and iPhone, but for me I need a smart phone more than I do a gadget/media phone. If you want to download vids, play mp3's and scroll photos all day then the iPhone. But for business apps, I take Blackberry.

But then again I couldn't get the iPhone if I wanted (but I don't). To me the most important is coverage and making sure I never drop a call. So I won't leave verizon, no matter how much a ripoff their charges are.

Trust me brah, that gym is nastiest gym I ever step into. But there are always hot chicks working out no matter what time of the day it is for some reason. And all the young kids in there think they are hard. The older guys are the chill one and cool.

yeah man.. every night i got a complaint from the same people.. all women.. i mean there some that are just ridiculously HOT women and then there some 50 yr old women saying they peeping on them.. haha

the janitors are horrible and half ass it all the time.. yeah they live up to the 24hour logo down to the nitty gritty.. haha!

And endurance training isn't as hard as hell... it just takes a loooooooot of time. I trained myself up to run a 10k race a few summers back... Holy crap, I was running just about every day, getting something like 5-6 hours of running a week.

Upside is, my endurance shot up like a rocket, and i could maintain pace for over an hour without getting too tired... but thats in the past, lifting's what i'm focussing on now.

Btw, lizzylamb? guys honestly dont care too much about leg size. As long as it looks toned and somewhat shapely, we'd love em xD

I know some areas of Shanghai or Beijing the land is about as expensive as land in NY.
