Bent-over DB Laterals (Seated or Standing)
Machine Rear Laterals (Reverse Pec Deck Machine)
Rope Face Pulls (High Pulley station with Rope attachment, pull the rope toward your face and spread the rope out)
Just pick 1-2 and you should be good to go.

- Stiff arm kickbacks (just like triceps kickbacks but you keep your arm stiff)
- Rear delt rows

IMO nothing hits the rear delts as hard as bent over rear delt raises.
Im not talking about flys, im talking about raises, deffently hits the rear delts hard if done properally, rear delts use to be my lagging bodypart but now one of my best.

Imo, they are a good exercise to do, however if you have any kind of shoulder issue beware this exercise might exasperate that, at least it does for me. A great exercise if your shoulders can handle it

BB rear delt rows, its kinda like bent over rows but you stay much more erect and use a fairly wide grip, that kills the rear delts, insane pumps from that.

Agreed. It's like halfway between an upright row and a bentover row. Feels perfect for the rear shoulders and is quite nice to do right after some sets of heavy rows. Even a bentover row where you pull more toward your upper chest than your waist will work more of the rear shoulders.
