Egg whites (phobia)
Hello,
Yesterday I talked with my trainer at the gym and asked him for a cutting diet. So We went to his desk and he gave me a paper with the diet.
On the breakfast meal, i have to eat boiled egg whites.
So today morning i boiled an egg then ate the egg whites, when i first put it in my mouth. The smell was high the taste was dull and the whites were slipping in my mouth over my tung, i could not take it anymore so i throw up, tried another egg and the same thing happened.
then i saw someone here saying that he eat fry egg whites with olive oil so i did and when i was tasting it i throwed up same thing same kinda smell and taste.
So i think i have an egg white phobia, like other people that cant eat tomatoes and drink milk
I asked my older brother how did he eat his egg white and he said he fried them with sun seed oil, which i think is not healthy and wont help me with the CUT.
Well, is there something i can replace with the egg whites?
my break fast is ( half cup of oat meal, 2-4 egg whites, green tea)
Thank you all. ;*

Eat whole eggs. Worrying about cholesterol in egg yolks is just an old wives tale.
There is nothing wrong with frying them - just be sure to add in the calories from oil when you work out how much you are eating.

Use flaxseed oil when frying them...but actually, come on seriously? You're afraid of one tablespoon of sunflower oil? Come on now.
FYI, you can buy 100% liquid eggwhites at grocery stores. Costco has a pack of six (8 servings) for around $8 and I'd say that's quite a good deal. Much easier to make and IMO tastier than just regular eggs.

Yeah, eggs from the local shop are probably cheaper and more tasty than egg whites in a bottle.
1 fried egg is around 100 calories.
Or make an omlette

There are so many ways to cook an egg. Perhaps you should use GOOGLE to research different methods of cooking an egg. O_o

You dont HAVE to eat egg whites. They are cheap, high in protien, low in calories. Heck, they are basically 100% protien.
If you can't stand them, then replace them with something else. Use a protien powder instead. You'll get the same nutrition, maybe just not as cheap.
Eating the egg whites on toast does help though, if you really want to use them.
