that question is way too open ended.
run more, and do more functional workouts like deadlifts, squats, and lunges

Athleticism isnt something that can be taught really. You can get stronger, faster, and quicker but your not gonna get athletic.

try drills specific to the sport you want to get better at. outside of that without a specific purpose i would say just get your cardio way up. always help s if you can outlast the comp.

athleticism comes from coordination, explosiveness, agility, and abilty to get your body to do htings it doesnt want to do. With that in mind jumping rope(speed rope) plyos, agility exercises (change of direction etc) sprinting, and weightlifting in general will help. Also you can google other coordination and hand-eye coordinatio exercises. That being said, being athletic is something you are born with, you can improve your speed and strength but it is very difficult to become more athletic.

There really isnt a set way to "become more athletic". Athleticism comes from working on it but is also just part of God given ability.
For a general answer.. Agility drills and core strenthening would be your best bets to try to increase your athleticism. You wont find many sports that dont emphasize using your core muscles.
Is there a particular sport you are trying to improve in?

To be more athletic you have to do athletic things. Go out and run, play some pickup football just start playing more sports.

Many say athleticism cannot be taught but in reality it can. I have seen a number of athletes become more athletic athletes in a single off-season. Depending how you justify athleticism you can make drastic improvements. If you are thinking "get better within my sport" that's obviously attainable through practice. If you are thinking becoming faster, stronger, more agile etc...that is also attainable. A lot of athlete pay hundreds of dollars to go to trainers to teach them to run a better 40, or get a higher vert, or longer broad, but never to become a better athlete. By manipulating the body and emphasizing core and stability/balance workouts you can find yourself getting to know your body more which in the end makes you a better athlete. The most dominant athletes are the one's who are big and strong who play like their small and fast (Lebron James).
Some simple exercises you can add are basic plyo jumps, lifts requiring balance ( DB single leg dead lifts) Squats on a half swiss ball, medicine ball workouts. If you have further questions PM me and I could answer them for you. BOL
