Thats what I like to hear! such a big difference in physique from the non tested athletes to the tested,..but one thing we can share is our love of lifting and the intensity put in,...that is equal on all levels.

AHHH!! Step on stage bro... I've been training hard and looking forward to competing against you again all year. Either way can grab some good grub afterwards man. 15lbs huh... I wish man. I am shooting for about 4-5 this year if I am lucky !! I want to weigh in around 166 which puts me around 162 the morning of the show. Leaner, and more symmetrical is my goal. Train hard man, and again--CONGRATS !!

Congrats stayfit! You look fantastic in those pics....clearly have you head and shoulders over the rest.
One thing though....not everyone can do it. Anyone can get themselves into great shape, but being competitive on a bb stage is another story. Genetics will play a big part in how far you go in this sport. All the food and training discipline in the world will not make up for structural defects (like I can't diet away my wide midsection....I can get veins running through it, but it physically can't get any smaller). With that said, you clearly have the frame for it. Outstanding man!

I have to admit,..It was my prep coach that saved me from coming in flat this time,..I owe so much to him and his approach with cell absorption. Now I am on a Mass diet he planned for me,..I will be coming back STRONG for my first Masters pro show! And aim to take the Overall Open for that card too! Mark My words,..Stayfit2008 will be Strong in 2011!

This means alot coming from a new Masters like you. The solid mass you have is what many of us shoot for. This is my next step to success! Thanks for the props!

Chris; I understand your plan and it sounds good man. I hope to see you in April either way. I will probably be at the OCB show in Syracuse this weekend if your going to be there. I was supposed to judge but couldnt guarantee that I could be there because my stepdaughter is due any day. I still hope to at least go.
