1. High reps, low weight will tone you, even my bio teacher ****ing agrees, i know its not true but it even makes you doubt yourself some days

people probly think creatine is a steroid because the three main things creatine does for you ( raises lifts, adds muscle, shortens recovery time) are the main things steroids do for you, just on a much smaller scale
i hate..
creatine and protein haters

Unfortunately for her - nothing in this world that we have made is natural. We've edited and modified everything to support us.
