Just skimmed through the contestants and I can't believe how many people with great physiques are too lazy to take the 5 minutes and put up the video...makes me wonder if most are just trolls using others pictures'.

I just finished the Fitness Model International
conference in Redondo Beach and had the opportunity to meet Brett Miller, Asst. Art Directir of Ironman magazine. I got to ask alot of questions about fitness modeling & the spokesmodel search and he was sooooo nice (and very handsome, ladies) to answer me and give me some advice.

I am so excited to get back on track, as I was losing some steam about this particular competition being it is so difficult to self- promote when you only get to your computer a couple times a week.

So thanks to Brett and Ironman and Bb.com for all the opportunities. I wish everyone here luck. You are all winners!

And be sure to check out Fitness Model International next year! What I learned was the tools & tricks of those who experienced years of trial & error and those who make those important decisions (agents, casting directors, magazine editors , photographer, etc) Clark Bartram, Obi Obadike, Christian Boeving, Jmiah, etc.

hehehe yup! best time to train! especially when training for a comp all the equipment is miiiine all miiiine hahaha does anyone else get like that when your super depleted and just want to give er... and like 3 weeks out.... and someone has been occupying the squat rack for EVER!!

I don't know if its laziness... speaking for myself, I am not very good at uploading pics and I don't even know how to do videos... I guess I'm just making excuses and could learn, but sometimes technology intimidates me.
But, I did it, and I was very proud of myself! it took two hours to figure out and I had to talk quiet because it was late...
but I wouldn't assume people were lazy... though, you are right, if they want a chance they need to just get it done!

In case you haven't heard, there is an airfare war going on right now. I'm planning to go to the Ironman 2010 anyway...just booked my flights for $25/ each way on Southwest (72-hour sale).

Sooo... I'm going to post an email from someone on myspace... I do not KNOW him, or even correspond with him, but he replied to me about the voting, that some people have "voting programs" so I asked what he meant, and here's the email

I used to know alot of people a few years back who stacked the odds on NBC's America's Next Top Model who should be kept and all that.
They had those those programs cranking out 25 votes per minute which when you think about it over a few days is a ton!!!
Whether or not if someone on their has used one or had someone who knows how to tip polls, I was just pointing it out because I have seen some crazy numbers on some of those polls that I find unbelievable no matter how many people you tell unless you are famous as heck I don't see it happening.
So, my advice, get smart, find a program, make yourself win ^_^
Either way for what it's worth I think you're one of the best looking ones on their and hope you get it.
