Does anyone else run into this. "They" say that you should have a BM every day. Sometimes, I do......but more often the BM really follows my refeeds. Is it normal for BM's to not be real regular when youre in a calorie deficit? Does it follow metabolism or just shear quantity of food?
Funny as a BB'er you take notice of this and recognize quickly that the weight drop on the scale corresponds to BM. For me, the weight will stay the same as fat drops and bowels back up in the intestine. Then, you drop the load and the next day the scale drops....rinse and repeat. Real cyclical effect.
Anways......
Blazed......you dont look bloated......as in spilled. You might be holding a little more water than normal, but not spilled. Really, up until a week ago, I didnt know what "spilled" looked like. There are days when normal water retention between the skin is more than others.....but thats not spill over (as in the muscle cant hold any more glycogen). You KNOW when youre spilled. Tommy told me this on the phone one night before peak week and I was looking for it, looking for it, looking......and then I thought I spilled one time. But after the Olympus, I ate, and ate, and ate some more......then I went back and ate some more.....pizza, wings, candy, donuts, etc. Got back to my hotel and took my shirt off........"OH. THATS what spilled looks like!" . You completely lose ab definition, like you were a fat ass again. Couldnt see my abs even when flexing and could literally see a sheet of water over them.

Obliques look AWESOME. And the second side tri shows off your obliques better than the first.....but being that the main purpose of the pose it to show the tri....the first pose is better.
