Puddle_Pirate, say 15 Hail Mario's for your sins. For Mario may be compasionate and forgive you...but I doubt it if you are still riding Shimano and have tri-bars.
Obey the rules.

I loled.
I was actually going to originally be a tri athlete before I was even questioning doing just cycling. The only reason, and the only one, is that my legs blew out before I got the chance to do that sort of thing. But the group that I am mainly riding w/ right now is a tri group, so I'd feel kinda lonely if I couldn't bend over in aero position, errr wait, let me rephrase that. This sport is a godsend for me though.

Anyhoot, back to food. For breakfast/pre-ride I had PB & blueberry banana oatmeal and post-ride I had some linguine pasta w/ a spinach pesto sauce that mom made me w/ bay scallops, shrimp, chopped avocados, and broiled tilapia, after which I had some chocolate avocado mousse.
But it seems no one really responds to my food much if I just describe it, so guess I'll have to post pixs. .....when I get back from work.

Oh no!!
Group rides with Try-Athletes?! That must be a complete debacle.
For your personal safety and sexual orientation I suggest you no longer attend. I know they are friendly at first sight but eventually they will turn on you and before you know it you will be sticking food to your body and wearing mankinis.
I live for the days when a tri-geek attempts to sit on my wheel.
May Mario be with you.

So in your opinion I should start riding w/ the slower cycling club and the older folks ? Not that there's anything wrong w/ that. Hell, one of the ladies in our club has won gold for the senior olympics multiple times.....she's in her late 50s, but I really have to compliment her on her kick a$$ riding ability for her age. There's also another lady that's like 60 or so, but she's not quite as good.
But yes, while I have been riding w/ this mainly this group since around the time I started cycling a year ago, I sometimes would like to ride w/ a younger of a bunch that is much more aggressive.
Where do you live and how long have you been cycling ?

Dad was in town last night, so here are a couple of my plates from the El Dorado Buffet.
Salad topped with a lot of eggs, bacon and ranch dressing.
Salmon topped with lemon butter sauce, sausage and one of the saltiest prime rib cuts I've ever had in my life...you could cut it with a butter knife though

The result of what happens when the good stuff expires. Hopefully though, the end result of it not tasting like **** will also be the case unlike that cottage cheese. LoL
Never trie this brand before, but the best slow digesting protein we have in the store. I'm running low on my ON stash and my Chocolate Muscle Milk, so thought I'd give it a whirl.
Health benefits seemed pretty sweet when I looked more into it. And yes like I am sure yall already knew, it really isn't a sugar and does have kcals, but doesn't spike insulin.
Love my cookies n' cream

What is this you ask ? Why, it is banana ketchup. And yes, quite strange of an idea to me as well when I was first notified by a Filipino lady in my class, but she promptly brought me some to try out. And yes, the first ingredient is bananas.
I have never really been a fan of regular ketchup though and will do w/o in my diet, but I really do enjoy this. Flavor wise, I think it's a little milder than regular ketchup, but kinda hard for me to describe. Maybe a little sweeter perhaps, but for all in all, can't go wrong w/ bananas and I am most definitely sure Luke agrees w/ this statement. What can I saw, but I <3 Filipinos.

I too have had this, and being a big lover of ketchup and bananas there is not other way to describe it than: The definition of FTW.
