Fall 7 times, Stand up 8 times

Rocky said it best..

?It aint about how hard you hit,? ?it?s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward?.
this quote has always stuck by me. I had recently read a book called the alchemist that has changed my perspective on life and what it has to offer. Everyone has goals in life but they are afraid to achieve them because they are scared of failure. I hate seeing people who want something but watch it disapear year after year. People are scared of this world! You only live once so why wait for happiness? We often fail to follow our dreams because we are afraid to suffer if things dont work out. You need to be tough in all aspects of life because when the going gets rough, the tough stay tough. The ability to face a challenge straight in the face and overcome it makes you a better person. You will find that good things happen to good people! so make a difference.

My life hasn't been all that difficult compared to many so I can't say that I understand everyones circumstances. But I do know that everyone has the ability to keep moving forward and ignore all the stupid things in life that may bring you down. Focus on the things that make you happy and rid any negatives in your life, Because at the end of the day all you want acheive is happiness!

My biggest challenge in life has been bodybuilding believe it or not. But it is a challenge I accept because of the feeling of accomplishment at the end of each day! Recently people have asked me if i have been taking steroids and etc. without acknowledging the hard work put forward by myself. The ignorance should bother me but it doesn't. Its my fuel that keeps me going everyday. The Motivation for me, Is them telling me what i can not do. Freinds may come and go, but at the end of each workout 200 pounds is till 200 pounds. Pushing yourself physically and mentally everyday has showed me that if you believe in something and work hard enough you can acheive it. Not only has my body grown over the years i have also grown to become a Big Brother.

To have goals and dreams doesnt mean that you have to be rich and above everyone; it means that you want to acheive something that makes you happy. You shouldn't want the ideal happiness or what everyone else wants. Do not live anyone elses dream, live your dream. You should always put family first and love them because without them, there would be no existence, and you know there always there for you.

no matter how bad things get, just keep going. you only fail when you give up

Good stuff man, and I agree, some people don't realize how important family is, or even worse, they downplay their family and then wonder why they feel like something is missing. Sundays are my favorite day of the week, because I get to visit my mom, see my little bros, and play with nephews. Plus I get a meal cooked by my mother.

Everytime I leave I feel refreshed, motivated, and inspired to go through my week doing the best I can.

Sometimes I think about my dreams and goals, and it may feel like it's a big challenge, but then I realize I am only 20 years old. If one person can be a millionaire, why can't I? Am I not a human with a brain, a passion and a desire? ANYTHING is possible, if you believe and you are dedicated to make it happen, anything.

Finally, my last bit I'd like to add is that you are who you feel you are on the inside, you will become who you feel like becoming, and your life will be as bad or as good, as the way you feel. Moral of the story? Think positive. Not glass half empty, it's glass half full. Believe in yourself. If you want to lose 100lbs in one year, believe it, because you can't fool yourself, and if you yourself don't have faith that you can do it, you never will.
