My genes are awkward. Everything is proportional except my chest.
Hi everyone. Who here has incredible genes but some way some how is still not satisfied due to one or two body parts? Well I know I do. My body is very opaque, my arms and legs grow like crazy. Idk if its my routine, form, or just wasnt born to have a chest. I do everything right from dieting to resting and 20 hours a week in the gym.
Anyways, if by any means possible... Can I at least have your input on what I can do to change this worry. If anyone else out there has this problem, feel free to pledge a comment and maybe we can all work this out.
Andre

Pick better parents.
Past that, work harder, and eat/rest better.

I hear the Eugenictoes program is good for accomplishing that.

I hope so. It would be awkward if people could see through you.

Yea I'm the same bro. My chest useless lol. Flat as a pancake.
I remember it being much more full and hard when I used to do BB movements.
Then I experimented with cutting a few times and I was left with no chest and now I'm still feeling the remnants, when the truth is I probably always had a weak chest, except I have pictures from the past that say otherwise.
Anyway, back to the basics, heavy BB presses.
And 20 hrs a week?
