Whats goin on gentleman(ladies also)?
United States Marine, at a reserve unit here in Phoenix, AZ. Trying to get myself back into lifting weights again here and putting on some serious size. Been so focused on running and keeping my PFT score up that I got away from lifting for the last year or so now.
Just been lurkin around here at BB.com but as soon as I start getting a good routine down and start seeing some results I will post up what I am doing.

My son is in the Army. He graduated from Fort Benning October 23. Left for Germany November 9th. He will be going to Afganistan sometime before July. Needless to say, I am a very worried mother!!
