yes, you cant get any deeper that that

Just start using the fitday, it's a LITTLE tedious at first, but once you get the hang of it, it soooo worth it

SCI FIT has been around, one of the more "economical" supp companies, but still high quality...I highly reccomend the Kreation pre workout sup as an "introduction" to Sci Fit You won't be disapoint son

aint nothing to it but to do it man. I'm looking at the contest in April but only if I'm lifting what I want to be lifting by then, but June most definatley. Thats not that much time, you need to be packing on as much muscle as possible so you can start leaning out come Feb...

I'll give you a call when I get back from Florida next month, I'm sure we;ll be going to Raleigh for something

Funny thing is I do feel like I am getting bigger and not just fat and havent been working out much at all. My shoulders and arms are looking bigger and fuller. I noticed my traps looked bigger this morning? I am eager to hit it hard. Never know I may compete in April too. I would like to do Junior Light or Med weight and then in June the Open Class.

I may do one more. One in Norfolk two weeks after the one in June or the one in Charlotte. Not sure yet. We'll see.

Yeah hit me up when you get back from FL.

well, it was one for the books, one of those days you look back on to remeber. cliffs

-woke up 345am dark and early, deadlift 315lbs for 12 clean reps and 285 for 15, almost too easy
-PR'd MILITARY PRESS FOR 150LBS X 12x4x2x1
-set a PR on CGBP press with 185 x 9 x 4 x 2 x 1
-Contest prep and metabolism rebound is behind me
-officially got promoted to E-6, my arm is killing me, you military guys know what I mean
-Heading to the port in the morning to go on a cruise to the bahamas with the one i love most
-Don't have to report back to work until November 23rd (feels good man)
-time to relax....

I see you DC.
do you feel as if you could do DC for losing 60-80 pounds?
I know its suppose to be a huge mass/str program and you should be progressing every week.
But all programs are basically progressing for every week.
I'm trying to lose a ton of weight so I know that my weights are going to drop.
IF I know my weights are going to drop but still work my ass off, could this be a program for me?

Weight loss comes from a caloric deficit. Diet is key. You can do any program you like and lose weight as long as your diet is in check. I would say if that program sounds like something you want to try then go for it. 60-80lbs is going to take you some time so maybe in a couple months change it up and try out a different program. You want to keep the body guessing. As far as the program goes... if it sounds like something you want to try then go for it!

yes. you can get leaner and stronger while doing DC, but strength gains will not be as fast.


I just got back from the gym, did a full body, was weak as hel in squats and deads but STRONGER in most push movements....I guess a week with no gym and some margaritas while layin in the sun is good for pressing
