I almost took the lords name in vain. Your bi's sure have the capacity to do work. Didn't happen over night, I'm sure.

Genetically, my smaller muscles like bi's and calves have always been able to handle a pounding and volume! My arms respond to almost anything and sometimes I just train them every other week! I think because I do so much pressing/rowing during the course of the week, that they're worked out by friday! So when I go to hit them, it doesn't take much! I didn't yesterday, but usually I love to SS bi's/tri's...I think it's a great way to get stimulation and lots of blood in them if you start with tri's! But yesterday, we just switched it up because I SS them last week! I'll get some pics this week and post them...I think I'm back up to around 200 this week!

I'm a big fan of SS bi/tri's. I just love the big ass pump I get when I work them hard. I always wanted bigger arms... To bad the pump has to subside after a while.
Nice. Pics would be real cool!

Just got done with Back/cardio! Pumped some Marilyn Manson in and got all done in 1.5 hours! Good workout, solid and focused!
Pull-ups:
5x10
BB Rows:
185 10x10
Wide Front Pull-downs:
150x15
170x12
200x8
200x6
200x6
Then I hit cardio at a 2.0 incline/4.0 pace for 25 minutes!! It felt good to hit the 185 rows, I think it's a new PR for me!!

Well done. Very anabolic of you. New PR's always feel good and 185 10x10 is quite an accomplishment. A solid mix of Manson and MS WILL take y'a to the next level. Keep it rockin'!
So, how much MUSCLESPEED you got left?

Spent my last day of MUSCLESPEED doing legs!! It was the most exhausting leg workout I can remember in a looong time!!! I pumped some Disturbed and it took me a while, but I got through 'em!! After my 5th set of squats, my legs just got numb and weak! but I pushed through and finished every rep I intended to do!!
BW lunges:
50
Smith Squat (Ass to ground):
250 10x10
Seated Leg Curl:
140 10x10
Leg Ext (inverted feet):
100x25
150x15
200x8
200x8
200x8
I don't care who you are, no one can do 10x10 squats Smith or regular with 30 seconds in between!! Sure, the first few sets go good; but once you hit that 5th/6th set, if you don't rest, you're not doing them hard enough!! I think I train pretty hard, but even equal weight, Branch Warren and all his drugs still needs to rest in between. If anyone says they get through 10x10 with 30 seconds in between they are either not training hard enough, not going al the way down, or full of ****!!! It's killer and makes a man out of you...props to those who finish correctly!!!

I want to thank you for doing such an excellent job in running the log. You workouts, thoughts, feedback to questions was just perfect and I'm sure that you have inspired a few people along the way - myself included. I really like the way you break things down into a simple approach. It make the whole process manageable.
Thanks again and I wish you continue success on your path to bb'ing excellence!!
Pete

Darn good log, amigo!
It was cool you could drag your workout partner in here.
And- the music updates made me want to hit the gym almost every time you posted.

Thanks alot for following guys, and I'm glad I could help inspire or motivate you! I haven't been on this site in a bit because I've been so busy; but when I get time, I'll probably run another log down the line! If there's anything I can do or run another product, let me know...I'd be happy to!
